Create e-mail accounts in Outlook Express
1. Before you begin, make sure you know the email address, your username and password for your account.
2. Start Outlook Express, and from menu Tools (Tools)
, Click Accounts Options (Accounts).
3. Click Add (Add) and then click Mail (Mail) to open the Guide
Internet Connection".
4. On page Name (Name) of the driver, type the name
you as you appear to everyone who will receive messages
from you, and then click Next (Next).
5. On page Internet E-mail Address (Mail Address
Internet), enter the email address and click Next (Next).
6. On page E-mail Server Names ,
select POP3 as a type of mail and fill in the Incoming mail.domain.gr (mail.to_domain_sas.gr). In the SMTP server
complete the mailserver of the internet service provider (ISP). Below you can see the list of mailservers
of the best known providers of internet.

otenet.gr -> mailgate.otenet.gr

If your provider is not included in the list above, you can contact him for disclosing the mailserver.
7. On page Internet Mail Logon enter the name (username) and password (password) of your account.
ATTENTION: Simple users use not only the username but the full address eg: username@domain.gr Only the basic user (user admin) uses only the username.
8. Click Next (Next), and then click Finish (End). Ready to send your first email!
Create e-mail accounts in Thunderbird
1. Before you begin, make sure you know the email address, your username and password for your account.
2. Start Thunderbird and, from menu Tools (Tools) , Click Account Settings.
3. Click Add Account (Add Account)
and then select Email Account (Account
Shipping) from the New Account Setup page and click Next (Next).
4. On page Identity (ID), fill in your name you (as you appear to everyone who will receive messages from you) and your email address and click Next (Next).
5. On Page Server Information (Information Server) select POP type of incoming mail and fill in the incoming mail server mail.domain.gr (mail.to_domain_sas.gr) and then click Next (Next).
6.On page User Names (Username), enter
the name (username) of your account and click
click Next (Next).

7. On page Account Name (Account Name), enter the name that identifies the specific account and then click Next (Next).
8. Shown the features of your new account check it if it is all right and then click Finish (End) to finish the creation of account.
