Mid Customer Support

What you'll be doing:
- Providing support to our customers via phone, chat, and email
- Resolving technical issues related to customer websites, applications, and email
- Providing specialized assistance to customers regarding domain and DNS-related issues
What we're looking for:
- Experience/familiarity with cPanel / WHM usage
- Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, MYSQL for application debugging
- Basic knowledge of open-source applications (WordPress, Joomla, OpenCart, etc.)
- Good understanding of how domain names function, basic principles of DNS, and related protocols
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge in Greek and English languages, both oral and written, and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar technical support or customer service position would be appreciated.
- Studies in the field of computer science are welcome but not essential if the essential qualifications are met.

Senior Backend Php Programmer
Are you an experienced PHP programmer looking to work in a company in Thessaloniki? We might be the next step in your career! What you'll be doing:

- You will solve programming-related issues that may arise on our customers' websites.

What we're looking for:
- Studies in the field of computer science.
- At least 4 years of experience in a PHP programmer position.
- Ability to develop and maintain custom PHP code.
- Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, jQuery).
- Good command of Greek and English languages, both spoken and written.
