- Better website protection. Having an independent solution for the email service, you can even hide the IP of the website for better security.
For example, if you use a proxy service such as CloudFlare, the site’s traffic can be Proxied by CloudFlare while the emails have a different separate ip from the ip of the website.
This way, the IP address of the website is not detectable and thus, you can take better advantage of the security that services like CloudFlare offer when it comes to cyber attacks and malicious actions.

The main factor that can lead you to the right choice of an Email hosting plan, is the maximum mailbox size that you wish to have. Practically the maximum mailbox size is limited by the total disc space of the email hosting plan. For example, if you choose an Email hosting plan with 10 GB total disc space, you can either consume the whole disc space in one mailbox or distribute the GB to more mailboxes (e.g. 7 GB to one mailbox, 2 GB to another and 1 GB to a third one)..
