When you register in IP.GR's site you need to declare a communication email in which you will receive important updates from IP.GR that relate to the services to be procured by us. We suggest you choose an email that is functional and the you monitor frequently.
Also would be good this email to not be associated with domains and hosting you have purchased from us because if a service has a problem there is the risk that we can not contact you.
Finally if you have a service that provides your email that allows whitelisting, please add our domain (ip.gr) to your whitelist so there is no chance any of the emails that you send to be considered as spam and therefore be moved to spam folder and miss some important information.
