If you are an Internet Services Provider (ISP), you can register Hosts (Nameserves) in one of your existing domain names from the section:
Hosts->Add Hosts
The following application is concerning registration of your own Nameserver in case you are an Internet Service Provider and not changing Nameservers for one of your domain names. E.g. you are an Internet Service Provider and owner of the "example.gr" domain name and you wish to register the nameservers ns1.example.gr and ns2.example.gr.
If you simply wish to set or change the Nameservers for a domain, you will be able to do it in the section:
My Account > My domains > Management > Edit
