It is possible that in some cases you will need to know the shared IP address IP of the server where your site is hosted. You can easily find this information by logging in your cPanel. If you need help to log in, follow the instructions that you will find here.
Once you are logged in, in the left panel of the cPanel, you can expand the Statistics of your package. If they are already expanded, just scroll the page down until you see the field Shared IP Address.
The IP address you will find here is the shared IP of the server.
