How can I pay for the services I have ordered from IP.GR?
Via e-banking or bank transfer
You can settle your order by transferring the amount to one of our bank accounts held with the following banks:
- Eurobank
- National Bank of Greece
- Piraeus Bank
- Alpha Bank
- Revolut
Note: The IBAN details of our accounts are included in the order confirmation email you will receive once your order has been completed through our website.
For faster processing of your order, we recommend that you include only your order number in the payment reference field, as indicated in both the subject line and the body of your order confirmation email.
Orders are processed by our accounting department upon confirmation of the payment.
Credit or Debit Card
You can complete your payment instantly and securely using a credit or debit card.
To complete the transaction, you are automatically redirected to the secure environment of the cooperating bank, to enter your card details and approve the payment. IP.GR does not store or retain customers’ card information.
Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the IP.GR website, and your order will be automatically processed by our system.
IRIS
Payment via IRIS allows you to settle your order easily and securely through your bank’s e-banking environment.
When selecting IRIS:
- You are redirected to a secure payment environment
- You select your bank (e.g., Alpha Bank, Eurobank, National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, etc.)
- You log in to your e-banking account to approve the transaction
Alternatively, you can complete the payment through your bank’s mobile banking app by scanning the QR code displayed on your screen.
After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the IP.GR website, and your order will be automatically processed by the system.
PayPal
You may choose PayPal for a fast and secure payment, using either your PayPal balance or a linked card/bank account.
Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the IP.GR website, and your order will be automatically processed by the system
Payment via RF Code (PayByBank)
You also have the option to pay using an RF (Reference Number) code through the PayByBank service, that is valid for 3 calendar days.
Note: The RF code will be included in the order confirmation email you receive after completing your order on our website.
Once the payment is completed, your order will be automatically processed by the system.
