How can I change my account email?
If you want to change the email address that is linked to your IP.GR account, you first need to log into your account.
Then, navigate to My account and select Change email.
In this display, you will be asked to type the new email you want to link to your IP.GR account, as well as the current password of your IP.GR account.
Press Continue to set the new email as your current one.
As soon as your email changes, you will be disconnected from your IP.GR account in order from now one to use your new one when logging in.
Then, navigate to My account and select Change email.

What if I cannot remember the password of my IP.GR account?
You can set a new password by clicking here, as long as you have access to the email that is currently linked to your IP.GR account.
What can I do if I don't remember the password of my IP.GR account and I also don't have access to the email linked to it?
1. If the IP.GR account belongs to an individual, you need to fill, sign and send via email this application along with the scanned copy of your ID.
2. If the IP.GR account belongs to a company, you need to fill, sign and send via email this application along with the scanned copy of the representative's ID.
