If you are interested in renewing one or more of the domain names you have registered through IP.GR, you will first have to login to your account in our site. If you need help connecting to your account, you may find more information here.
After you log into your account, follow the path:
Dashboard > Domains > My domain names
You can renew a single domain or more domain names simultaneously. In first case, simply click on the Refresh next to the domain you wish to renew. Otherwise, select all domain names to be renewed and then click on the Manage Selected button.
After selecting the domains you want to renew and the time period they will be renewed for, press the button Add to Cart and then Select payment method. At this point, you can select the way in which you would like to pay the renewal fees for your domains. If you choose pay via credit card, you will be transferred to the collaborating bank environment to complete the transaction. If you choose to pay by depositing the renewal fees in a bank account, you will receive at your account email address the order email with all necessary information such as total cost, bank account and order number.
Please note that if you proceed to a credit card payment, your domain will be immediately renewed. If you choose to deposit the renewal fees to a bank account, the domains will be renewed after the deposit of the fees and as long as we are notified of the deposit.
