How to use Sitejet Website Builder in cPanel
Sitejet is an innovative Website Builder with over 140 professional website templates, which is included completely free with every IP.GR hosting package. It requires no code knowledge whatsoever, it is completely a drag-and-drop editor and even has built-in AI (Artificial Intelligence) to compose the text of your page!
How do I start building the website?
- First of all, sign in to the cPanel of our hosting plan
- Click on the Sitejet Builder icon in the left side column.
- Click on the "Build with Sitejet" button located on the same line as our domain
- In the window that appears we have two options. Either we can start with a ready-made template, or we can create the website from scratch. There is a large collection of ready-made templates with different aesthetics and structures giving us great flexibility in the design part. In this article we will use the "TechUp" template, by clicking "Choose"
- We are then automatically redirected to Site Builder Interface to start building our website

How do I edit the design of my website?
By clicking on the "Design" section, we can set general rules that will apply to the elements we add. In particular, we can define fonts, colors on buttons, frames and other aesthetic properties. The fact that a formal definition of some rules is made at this point does not mean that we cannot make changes at the element level. More specifically, if we have defined that all buttons will have a background color of red, it does not mean that we cannot add a green button to some part of our site.
How do I manage the pages of my website? (Add new pages, remove pages, page titles, etc.)
By clicking on the "Pages" section (Ctrl + Alt + S) brings up a new tab through which we can:
- Add a new page by pressing the "New page" button
- Remove a page by clicking by moving the cursor over it and then clicking the bucket icon
- Reorder the display order of our pages, by long pressing on the three lines and placing the selected page in the desired position
- Set the URL, the page name, the Meta Description and the Meta Keywords, either individually for each page by clicking on the cogwheel icon or collectively for all pages by clicking on the "All Settings" button

To delete an item/module, move the cursor to where it was placed and either click + Backspace or press the three dots and then Delete.

How do I edit the elements?
By double-clicking on the element we wish to edit, a new section opens in the left column with various configurations we can make, which are different depending on the element we have selected. For example, in the text boxes we are given all the formatting options (Bold, change alignment, add a link) and many more in the "Style" tab through which we can add a border to the section, shading to the text, even animations (!).
How can I preview my website?
To check the changes we've made, we have three preview options.
- .
- By clicking on the Eye icon in the bar we can preview our website (Ctrl + P) .
- By clicking on the Eye icon the "Open Preview Website" option creates a temporary link through which we can check on other devices and browsers
- By clicking on the Eye icon on the "Presentation Mode" option dynamically creates a page through which we can test how our website looks on Computers, Tablet and Mobile
- By clicking on the Eye icon and selecting "Send Presentation Link" generates a link that we can share with third parties to view our website
Change basic website settings
By going to the three dots "More" and then "Website settings" we are given several modification options. From the "General" tab, we can change the name of our website (Website Name) and upload our logotype, favicon and image to be added for the Open Graph protocol.

How do I change the contact details of my website?
From the three dots at "More" and then at the "Data" section we can change our contact information and it will be automatically updated in all the places on our website where it was placed.
How do I connect my website to Google Analytics?
To connect Google Analytics to the site we built through Sitejet, we click on the three dots in the top right of "More", and then "SEO Settings". We go down to the second to last field labeled "Google Analytics ID". We copy our unique Analytics ID from the Analytics platform (it can be found here) and simply paste it into that spot.
Adding an additional language
By going to the three dots "More" and then "Languages" we can enable the Multilanguage function and then add the additional languages. After adding the language, duplicate pages of the existing site are created so that we can proceed with the translation process.
How can I publish my website / the changes I have made?
Once we have completed all the additions and customizations in the Sitejet environment, all that remains to be done is to publish our site, which is done (literally) with the click of a button. We press the "Publish Now" button, get redirected to the cPanel, and in a few seconds our website is public to the world!
